El Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua envió un mensaje de felicitación a Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, Presidente de la República Árabe de Egipto, con motivo del 104 aniversario de la Declaración de Independencia de esa nación, a conmemorarse el 28 de febrero.

En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, nos honra hacer llegar a Usted, a su Gobierno y al Heroico Pueblo egipcio, nuestras más cálidas y sinceras felicitaciones al conmemorarse el 104º Aniversario de la Declaración de Independencia de la República Árabe de Egipto, este 28 de Febrero.
En esta fecha histórica, celebramos la Dignidad y la Resistencia de un Pueblo milenario que, con Valentía y Determinación, afirmó su derecho a decidir su propio destino, abriendo camino hacia una Nación Libre y Soberana. Recordamos con respeto la profunda conciencia histórica del Pueblo egipcio, forjado a orillas del Nilo, y su aporte a las luchas de los Pueblos del Sur por la Autodeterminación, la Justicia y la Paz.
Desde nuestra Nicaragua, reiteramos nuestro invariable compromiso de continuar fortaleciendo los Lazos de Hermandad, Solidaridad y Cooperación Fraterna que nos unen, y de seguir impulsando, junto a Egipto, un mundo basado en el Respeto Mutuo, el Derecho Internacional y la convivencia entre naciones en condiciones de igualdad.

On this historic date, we celebrate the dignity and resistance of an ancient people who, with courage and determination, asserted their right to decide their own destiny, paving the way for a free and sovereign nation. We respectfully remember the deep historical consciousness of the Egyptian people, forged on the banks of the Nile, and their contribution to the struggles of the peoples of the South for self-determination, justice, and peace.
