En esta fecha histórica que celebra las victorias de la Libertad, la Paz, la Soberanía Nacional y la Autodeterminación, reiteramos la Voluntad inalterable del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua de continuar fortaleciendo los históricos lazos de Fraternidad y Solidaridad que unen a nuestros Pueblos.
