Gracias, Compañera. Y nos deseamos tod@s un Gran Año, Bendecido, de verdad Prosperado, de verdad Victorioso, porque crezcamos en la comprensión del Amor. El Amor és Grande, és Potente, és lo más Grande que existe, el Amor és esa Energía Divina que tod@s tenemos dentro y que nos corresponde desarrollar, para seguir luchando con Esperanza, y para seguir venciendo.
A todo nuestro Pueblo, a todas las Familias, en todos los Hogares, deseamos Salud, en primer lugar Salud, que és lo que tod@s necesitamos para poder vibrar en sintonía con estos Nuevos Tiempos… Salud, Vitalidad, Amor en Grande, Comprensión de la Vida en Comunidad, en Familia, en Hogar, de la Vida como Pueblo de Dios, con Fé y Confianza.
Porque tod@s somos hij@s del mismo Padre, el Padre Celestial, que nos da esa Vida en el Amor, para que la asumamos como corresponde. Somos tod@s hij@s del mismo Padre, de la misma Madre, y nos queremos, caminando en Paz y Bien, caminando con Trabajo, Seguridad, en Trabajo, Seguridad, y Voluntad y Compromiso de mejorar nuestras Vidas, de prosperar, de ir Siempre Más Allá !
Nos deseamos tod@s, en el Abrazo Fraternal y Familiar de Año Nuevo, que este 2024 nos fortalezca ese Corazón que debe llenarse de Amor; nos fortalezca en Sabiduría, que quiere decir, comprender el verdadero Sentido de la Vida, que és precisamente, ser capaces de convivir compartiendo, en Solidaridad y Comunidad.
Nos deseamos lo mejor… Vida en el Amor, Vida en Concordia, Vida con Salud, Vida con Confianza y Esperanza, Vida en Luz, Vida, repetimos el término Vida que és Todo, y Verdad. Y Vamos Adelante, y nuestro Corazón se fortalece cada día en Fe, esa Fé que és nuestra, que nos pertenece a cada uno, que nadie nos dicta, sólo Dios Nuestro Señor.
Y la Fé no se acomoda a las ambiciones personales de algunos, o de quienes creen que la Fé és la respuesta a su ambición personal, acomodar la Vida a sus designios, que no son Divinos, son terriblemente humanos, y muchísimas veces son designios que hemos conocido como diabólicos, designios que no se pueden comprender en Buena Voluntad, que no se pueden comprender cumpliendo la Voluntad de Dios… La Voluntad de Dios, las Leyes, los Mandamientos, de Dios Nuestro Señor, que nos mandata al Amor, a amarnos los unos a los otros. No desear el mal a nadie.
Cómo podemos creer en Personajes que destilan maldad ? Cómo podemos creer en Personajes cuyos vozarrones hablan de codicia, de envidia, de egoísmo, de maldad ? Cómo podemos creer que puedan ser Representantes de Dios en la Tierra…? Porque Dios és Bueno, y Dios és Misericordioso, y Dios és lo más Potente, lo Excelso, lo Divino; y las expresiones de algunos que vemos, con las caras conocidas, caras de destrucción, de demolición, y sobre todo de farsa, de engaño, de fraude.
Ese no és el Rostro de Jesús, y no és el Rostro de Dios, no és el Santo Rostro de Dios ! Son rasgos que más tienen que ver con los vicios y los pecados capitales, la envidia, el egoísmo, el afán de protagonismo, que és egoísmo, que és envidia, la codicia, y sobre todo, el desear el mal al Prójimo, y a un Pueblo entero…! Un Pueblo entero que cree, y que crea, porque cree en Dios Padre, Dios Hijo y Dios Espíritu Santo.
Y Vamos Adelante, Compañer@s…! Estamos recibiendo la actualización de los Planes de Trabajo para este Año, vamos a estar dándolos a conocer; Planes, la cantidad, las miles de Viviendas que se entregarán este año, Gracias a Dios. Siempre decimos Gracias a Dios, porque de Él depende todo, de esa Energía Universal, Mística, Misteriosa, esa Energía Portentosa que és la Voluntad de Dios.
Carreteras, Caminos, Puentes; Ferias de Salud todos los Fines de Salud, y Ferias Especializadas; el Año en Educación de Calidad que crece, se multiplica, llega a todas partes; el Año en fortalecimiento de Valores, en la Juventud que avanza, que camina, que puede realizar sus sueños, que protagoniza este Proyecto Cristiano, Socialista y Solidario.
Cuántas cosas…! Cuánto podemos hablar de lo que Dios nos inspira, nos ilumina, nos guía, Fortalezas de un Modelo Cristiano, Socialista y Solidario ! Y este és un Año para caminar ese Modelo, para ir realizando ese Modelo, y para sentirnos bien, porque tratamos tod@s de hacer el Bien, sin mirar a quién, y para hacer las cosas mejor, porque tenemos la Fuerza de la Esperanza, la Fuerza de los Ideales, de los Valores, de una Cultura de Familia, de Solidaridad, de Hermandad, de Fraternidad… La Fuerza de la Victoria, del Triunfo del Amor !
Hoy, Compañer@s, estamos también presentando, a través de los Medios, los datos del Coronavirus : 6 confirmados esta semana, y 8 que ya dejan el período establecido de Seguimiento Responsable y Cuidadoso.
Luego tenemos también, el 96.1% de cumplimiento en las vacunaciones, vamos a dar a conocer precisamente el Plan Nacional de Vacunación el día de mañana.
Luego tenemos los datos de Dengue, disminuido en 23%, en 33% la Neumonía y en 35% la Malaria; también Leptospirosis, 40% menos en relación a la semana pasada, e Influenza, 6 casos positivos en lo que va del año, 1,189 casos positivos. Creo que esto talvez se refiere al año pasado. No sé. Voy a pedir que nos aclaren.
Luego tenemos los lesionados por pólvora en este período : 94 Personas, y en el mismo período del año pasado teníamos 55. Vamos a hacer una indagación para ver qué descuidamos cada uno de nosotros.
Luego tenemos las Campañas de Vacunación que se van a realizar este año, del 8 de Enero hasta el 27 de Diciembre. Vacunación Voluntaria, todo el mundo donde quiera y pueda llegar, contra la COVID.
Luego, la Vacunación Nacional, del 1 al 26 de Abril; Vacunación Anual contra la Influenza, del 20 al 31 de Mayo; Segunda Dosis de Vacunación contra el Papiloma Humana, del 6 de Mayo al 15 de Julio; y Vacunación Antirrábica Canina, del 12 al 30 de Agosto.
Tenemos también aquí la Segunda Campaña Nacional de Vacunación, del 25 de Noviembre al 20 de Diciembre, Dios Mediante.
Queremos también destacar que hemos enviado un Mensaje de Solidaridad, de mucho Sentimiento Solidario, a Su Majestad Naruhito, Emperador del Japón, a su Excelencia, Primer Ministro Fumio Kishida, dando nuestras Condolencias por el sismo y tsunami que ha ocasionado pérdidas de valiosas Vidas Humanas y daños materiales severos en distintas Ciudades de la Prefectura de Ishikawa.
Con Respeto y Solidaridad van al Pueblo de Japón, tan Laborioso y Fraternal, nuestros deseos de pronta recuperación, y sobre todo hemos pedido a las Máximas Autoridades de ese País trasladar a las Familias que han perdido Seres Queridos nuestras sinceras Condolencias y Oraciones.
También hemos felicitado al Excelentísimo Compañero Félix Tshisekedi, Presidente reelecto de la República Democrática del Congo, deseando lo mejor para su gestión y para las Familias de ese País Hermano.
Luego, Compañer@s, estamos, como decíamos, preparando las Presentaciones que se harán de cada uno de los ámbitos de mayor interés para las Familias; las Alcaldías también, por supuesto.
Inauguramos la segunda Comisaría de la Mujer esta semana, la No. 282, en Corinto, y la segunda también en San Juan de Oriente; una és mañana Miércoles 3 de Enero, en Corinto, y en Masaya, San Juan de Oriente, el Jueves 4, a las 10 de la mañana. Unidad de Seguridad Ciudadana, la No. 242, en Puerto Morazán, Departamento de Chinandega, inaugurándose este Viernes.
Luego tenemos, Compañer@s, también entrega de Viviendas en Yalagüina, El Ayote, Potosí, Ciudad Darío, El Coral; Parques, Calles, Caminos, en una cantidad de Municipios. Por ejemplo, Totogalpa, calles adoquinada; Ciudad Antigua, 3 kilómetros de camino; Masaya, andenes y canaletas en distintos Barrios de la Ciudad, y San Francisco Libre.
Nuevos tanques para Sistemas de Agua Potable en León, para el almacenamiento; hay un 60% de avance.
Luego tenemos que, en Managua vamos a entregar, Dios Mediante en el 2024, 2,500 viviendas a igual número de Familias, del Programa Bismarck Martínez, Programa de Viviendas de la Ciudad Capital. Mucha Esperanza, mucha Confianza en Dios Nuestro Señor, que nos permite avanzar por estos Caminos del merecido Bienestar de las Familias nicaragüenses.
Tenemos Infraestructura Escolar en El Tortuguero : San Francisco No. 2, Centro Educativo Lajerito, Nueva Esperanza, Diriangén, Fuente del Saber; inversión de casi 20 millones de dólares. Y Maestría de Especialización en Educación Inicial y Desarrollo Infantil estará siendo abierta en estos días para los Asesores Pedagógicos.
Luego tenemos, Compañer@s, 500 Títulos de Propiedad que se entregan hoy en Chinandega; Río San Juan, Morrito; San Pedro de Lóvago, Juigalpa, Chontales; San Sebastián de Yalí, Jinotega; San Rafael del Norte y La Concordia, Jinotega; Condega, Estelí; Terrabona, Matagalpa; San Lorenzo, San José de los Remates, Boaco Municipio, Santa Lucía, en el Departamento de Boaco, y en Bonanza, Caribe Norte… Vamos Adelante, Siempre Más Allá !
Hay también información sobre los Programas de Energía Eléctrica que vamos a estar compartiendo el día de mañana.

Thank you, Compañera. And we wish each other a Great Year, Blessed, truly Prosperous, truly Victorious, because we grow in the understanding of Love. Love is Great, is Powerful, is the Greatest thing that exists, Love is that Divine Energy that We all have within us and it is up to us to develop, to continue fighting with Hope, and to continue overcoming.
To all our People, to all Families, in all Homes, we wish you Health, first of all Health, which is what we all need to be able to vibrate in tune with these New Times… Health, Vitality, Profound Love, Understanding of Life in Community, in Family, in Home, of Life as the People of God, with Faith and Trust.
Because we are all children of the same Father, the Heavenly Father, who gives us that Life in Love, so that we can accept it accordingly. We are all children of the same Father, of the same Mother, and we love each other, walking in Peace and Good, walking in Work, Security, Willingness and Commitment in order to improve our Lives, to prosper, to Always go Forward!
We wish each other, in the Fraternal and Family Embrace of the New Year, that this 2024 strengthens those Hearts that must be filled with Love; strengthens us in Wisdom, which means understanding, the true Meaning of Life, which is precisely, being able to live together, sharing, in Solidarity and Community.
We wish each other the best… Life in Love, Life in Harmony, Life with Health, Life with Trust and Hope, Life in Light, Life, we repeat the term Life which is Everything, and Truth. And Let’s Go Forward, and our Heart is strengthened every day in Faith, that Faith that is ours, which belongs to each one of us, that no one dictates to us, only God Our Lord.
And Faith does not accommodate the personal ambitions of some, or those who believe that Faith is the answer to their personal ambition, adapting Life to their designs, which are not Divine but are terribly human, and many times there are designs that we have known as diabolical, designs that cannot be understood in Good Will, that cannot be understood by fulfilling the Will of God… The Will of God, the Laws, the Commandments, of Our Lord God, who commands us to Love, to love one another and not wish harm to anyone.
How can we believe in People that exude evil? How can we believe in People whose loud voices speak of greed, envy, selfishness, evil? How can we believe that they can be Representatives of God on Earth…? Because God is Good, and God is Merciful, and God is the Most Powerful, the Exalted, the Divine; and the expressions of some people that we see, those familiar faces, faces of destruction, demolition, and above all of farce, deception, fraud.
That is not the Face of Jesus, and it is not the Face of God, it is not the Holy Face of God! Those are features that have more to do with vices and capital sins, envy, selfishness, the desire for prominence, which is selfishness, which is envy, greed, and above all, wishing evil to one’s neighbor, and to a whole People…! An entire People that believes in God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
And Let’s Go Forward, Compañer@s…! We are receiving the update of the Work Plans for this Year, we will be making them public; Plans, the quantity, the thousands of Homes that will be delivered this year, Thank God. We always say Thank God, because everything depends on Him, on that Universal, Mystical, Mysterious Energy, that Portentous Energy that is the Will of God.
Highways, Roads, Bridges; Health Fairs for all Health Purposes, and Specialized Fairs; the Year in Quality Education that grows, multiplies, reaches everywhere; the Year to strengthen Values, for the Youth to advance, to walk, so they can realize their dreams, at the center of this Christian, Socialist and Solidarity Project.
How many things…! How much we can talk about how God inspires us, enlightens us, guides us, Strengths of a Christian, Socialist and Solidarity Model! And this is a Year to walk through that Model, to carry out that Model, and to feel good, because we all try to do Good, without looking at who, and to do things better, because we have the Strength of Hope, the Strength of Ideals, of Values, of a Culture of Family, of Solidarity, of Brotherhood, of Fraternity… The Strength of Victory, of the Triumph of Love!
Today, Compañer@s, we are also presenting, through the Media, the Coronavirus data: 6 confirmed this week, and 8 that have already complied with the established period for Responsible and Careful Monitoring.
Then we also have 96.1% compliance with vaccinations, we will be announcing the National Vaccination Plan tomorrow.
Then we have the data for Dengue, which decreased by 23%, Pneumonia by 33% and Malaria by 35%; also Leptospirosis, 40% less compared to last week, and Influenza, 6 positive cases so far this year, 1,189 positive cases. I think this information maybe refers to last year. I don’t know. I’m going to ask for clarification.

Then we have the Vaccination Campaigns that will be carried out this year, from January 8 to December 27. Voluntary Vaccination against COVID, everyone wherever they wish and can.
Then, the National Vaccination, from April 1 to 26; Annual Vaccination against Influenza, from May 20 to 31; Second Dose of Vaccination against Human Papilloma, from May 6 to July 15; and Canine Rabies Vaccination, from August 12 to 30.
We also have here the Second National Vaccination Campaign, from November 25 to December 20, with God’s help.
We also want to highlight that we have sent a Message of Solidarity, with a lot of Solidarity, to His Majesty Naruhito, Emperor of Japan, to His Excellency, Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, conveying our Condolences for the earthquake and tsunami that has caused the loss of valuable Human lives and severe material damage in different cities of Ishikawa Prefecture.
With Respect and Solidarity, our best wishes for a speedy recovery go to the People of Japan, so Industrious and Fraternal, and above all we have asked the Highest Authorities of that Country to transmit our sincere Condolences and Prayers to the Families who have lost their Loved Ones.
We have also congratulated His Excellency Compañero Félix Tshisekedi, reelected President of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, wishing the best for his management and for the Families of that Brotherly Country.
Then, Compañer@s, we are, as we said, preparing the Presentations that will be made in each of the areas of greatest interest to Families; the Mayor’s Offices too, of course.
We inaugurated the second Women’s Police Station this week, No. 282, in Corinto, and the second also in San Juan de Oriente; one will be tomorrow, Wednesday, January 3, in Corinto, and in Masaya, San Juan de Oriente, on Thursday, January 4, at 10 in the morning.
