En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua y en nuestro propio nombre, permítanos expresarle nuestras más cálidas Felicitaciones a Usted, a Su Gobierno y al Hermano Pueblo de Libia, en la especial ocasión de conmemorar el 73º Aniversario de su Independencia, este próximo 24 de Diciembre.
En esta solemne fecha de Autodeterminación y Soberanía Nacional, reiteramos nuestro firme compromiso de continuar fortaleciendo los Lazos Fraternos de Amistad, Solidaridad y Cooperación que unen a nuestros Pueblos y Gobiernos.
